Our Wine Clubs

The wine clubs are very relaxed with respect to rules and regulations. You can opt out of the club at anytime, put your membership on hold for a month or two if you are out of town and if you have already enjoyed or not enjoyed one of our picks, simply return the unopened bottle and we will be happy to recommend a new choice for you. Best of all there is NO membership fee!

At all Swirl Wine Stores we have 3 wine clubs for you to choose from;

SINGLE BOTTLE CLUB

Members of this club can choose the white or red single bottle club and will receive a single bottle of wine every month. All wines are chosen by our staff. It could be an award winning wine, hard to get wine, a newly released wine or a great new value wine! It is a little surprise each month.

FOUR BOTTLE CLUB

All our clubs do not require a membership fee.
Members of this club can choose the white, red or mixed bottle club and will receive four bottles of wine every month. All wines are hand picked by our staff. It could be an award winning wine, hard to get wine, a newly released wine or a great new value wine! It is a little surprise each month. Call the store to join.

CASE CLUB

Members of this club can choose the white, red or mixed bottle club and will receive 12 bottles of wine every other month. All wines are hand picked by our staff. It could be an award winning wine, hard to get wine, a newly released wine or a great new value wine! It is a little surprise each month. Every member of this club will also have the option of purchasing the rare, hard to get wines or wines in allocation before it hits the shelves as a bonus.

Easy and Convenient

Limited Releases, New Vintages and Award Winning Wines. Receive a sampling of BC’s best selections and values. Pay winery list price with no hidden charges. A great way to taste different wines… and if you find something you love and want more, be sure to order more before it’s gone!

How It Works

Receive a case of wine (12 different bottles of wine) every 2 months. Shipment months are June, August, October, December, February, April. You will receive an exclusive information package including awards, food pairing suggestions, tasting notes and cellaring suggestions. Shipments leave South Surrey, BC the first week of the month and you will receive an email once it is on its way with your UPS tracking number. Sign up for 6 deliveries (1 year) and cancel at any time after that by notifying us 30 days before the next shipment. Shipping charges are added and vary depending upon where it is going. UPS is our carrier of choice. You only pay exactly what the winery list price is. This means the price will fluctuate slightly with each shipment. Club Members may pick up at Mud Bay Wines to alleviate shipping costs.

Option 1 Mixed Case Club: Receive a selection of white, red, dessert and sparkling with the focus being on white and red. Price ranges $240-200. (average $19.20/bottle - this could mean receiving an excellent value $14 wine and a $29 wine in the same selection)

Option 2 White Wine Club: Receive a selection of white wines. Price ranges $200-$240. (average $18.30/bottle - this could mean receiving an excellent value $15 white and a $29 white in the same selection)

Option 3 Red Wine Club: Receive a selection of red wines. Price ranges $280-$330. (average $24.60/bottle - this could mean receiving an excellent value $17 red and a $40 red in the same selection)
